2025 - Comments from riders in 2025
This is what I will remember about the 2025 Tour de Fronds:
- The rest stop we visited was excellent with great food selections, a warm fire, great music, and friendly volunteers.
- Thanks to all the volunteers! You put on a great ride! BBQ dinner and post-ride lasagna are the bomb!!
- Really great ride. We felt super welcomed into your town, and the hospitality really made it great.
- Loved the local treats. Perfect! Peanut Butter Balls, pickles, and pickle juice...winning!
- We love this wonderful bike ride. Thank you for all you do to put this on!
- I took a spill on the ride back and was really impressed with a Myrtle Point firefighter SAG wagon driver who ensured I was Ok. Thanks for your kindness!
- The port-a-potties at Daphne were great.
- This is the perfect bike event! The upfront planning, advertising, online registration, pre-ride dinner, ride support, rest areas, SAG support, and post-ride dinner are all first-rate! CONGRATULATIONS!
- Super well-organized – from snacks to pothole marking. A lot of thought, effort, and teamwork went into this. I plan on returning. Thank you.
- We heard about Tour de Fronds in the book, “100 Bike Rides of a Lifetime”.
- All was beyond perfect! Over the top! Love the community of Powers, it’s 6 people – the volunteers – What a treasure!
- Rest Stops were excellent! Food was good, and having a fire on a wet day sure was nice.
- Good time all around – maybe order sunshine next year!!!
- Yummy lasagna and amazing desserts were a nice end to a cold, wet day. Warm and friendly people.

- Love this event being capped – it keeps it small and intimate. Larger rides lose the community vibes that are so precious.
- Good baked goods for breakfast (scones) and rest stops.
- The veggie lasagna was amazing – thanks so much for having that veggie option. Super nice people, we will be back next year.
